Battle Sports Science Impact Indicator

Battle Sports Science introduces The Indicator, a revolutionary sports safety device designed to measure the impact of a hit to a player's helmet and indicate if conditions meet or exceed levels common to head injury. The Battle Indicator uses patent-pending technology and design to bring a new level of protection to athletes. This is more than safety. This is Safety Intelligence. The Indicator uses microtechnology embedded in the chin strap that measures contact events in HICs (Head Injury Criteria), the standard in determining conditions associated with concussion. A change in the LED light mounted in the strap lets players, referees and coaches know a hit has been measured that could indicate an impact needing further examination.
